PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS:

Rockin' Rattlers provides parents with a gathering place to meet new friends and watch their children, aged 0-2 interact and play with other children.  There is no planned agenda and registration is not required.

Field Trip to the Fire Station to meet the firemen and see the trucks!    Meet on Tuesday, August 19 at 10:30 at the Fire Station.  Space is limited.  Please call to sign up and get directions to these fun events!

Teen Time Playgroups  All teen parents and young parents are invited to bring your children in for a drop-in playgroup every Wednesday from 1:30 - 3:00 PM (except July 3).   Enjoy playtime plus discussion topics chosen by attending families.   Join us!

"Fun 'n Games" Playgroup  Join other parents and children at the mixed-age playgroup for  on August 21 from 10:30 - 12:00.  Please call Ruth at 686-8702 to register.

Family Bowling Night!  Bring the whole family and come to a fun night of COSMIC bowling on Monday, August 4 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - choose bumper bowling or regular bowling.   Fun for everyone!  Lakeshore Family Resources has the entire bowling alley for the evening.  Bowling will be reduced to $1.50 a game, and shoes will be free!  Call for details and to register by July 30.  Space is limited, and we need to know who will attend in order to set up bumper bowling.

First Annual Lakeshore Family Resources Birthday Party!   Join us at Lincoln Park Fieldhouse for a Family Picnic on Wednesday, August 13 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.  Bring a dish to pass.   Beverages, plates, cups, utensils, and napkins will be provided.  Events include an egg toss, scavenger hunt, other games and prizes, food, birthday cake and FUN!!   Please RSVP at 686-8702 to let us know who will be coming and what you would like to bring.

Family Picnics  are hosted throughout the summer.  They are held Thursdays at various parks and are for parents and their children of all ages.  Bring you own picnic lunch and drinks and meet with Mary at the play equipment areas of the park indicated on the calendar for fun, games, and visiting!  Come at any time between 10:30 and 12:30 that is convenient for you - we will be there; look for the red and white checkered tablecloth!
