Every child deserves a family . . . be the voice that helps them find one

The mission of the Manitowoc County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Program through Lakeshore Cap is to provide specially selected and trained community volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children who are under the legal protection of the Manitowoc County Court System.

CASA recruits, screens and trains every day citizens from the community to be the voice of abused and neglected children in the courtroom, seeking to ensure them a safe and permanent home.
