Lakeshore CAP in Manitowoc, WI, is seeking an Executive Director.

Lakeshore CAP’s mission is to promote economic and personal self-sufficiency and well-being of low to moderate income persons and families through service programs, advocacy, community education and resource development in Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties and to enable and empower persons, parents and families through voluntary prevention, education and support programs.

The Executive Director provides overall direction and leadership in managing the affairs of a four-county Community Action Agency including: advocating for the interests of low-income individuals and families, ensuring effective program operations, adhering to state and federal regulations and contractual obligations, maintaining agency fiscal integrity, strategic planning, resource development, and providing assistance to the Board of Directors.

Salary:  $64,000

Paid Vacation & Holidays:

Eligible for two (2) weeks vacation after probationary period. Additional vacation accrued annually. Two (2) personal days and ten (10) paid holidays annually. Sick time accrued at one (1) day per month.
