Lakeshore CAP’s Supportive Housing program is a place to start.
We provide a variety of programs that support long term housing solutions with case management, rental assistance and connections to resources offered as part of the program.
Eligibility varies by current funding sources. If you are homeless or facing homelessness we encourage you to apply.

• Rental Assistance
• Help accessing resources to meet basic needs
