Supportive Housing combines direct rental assistance with voluntary case management and referrals to other resources.
We have programs for people who are literally homeless, facing eviction, affected by domestic violence, paying more than 50% of income toward rent, and others.
Lakeshore CAP staff screen applications and refer eligible clients to appropriate waitlists for programs. Waits may take weeks to months. Please call 211 for emergency shelter information.
