What We Offer:
• Up to 50 diapers or pull-ups per child per month
• Wipes and diaper cream available, if needed
• Larger diaper sizes available by special order (for children up to age 18 with medical need)

Who Can Apply?
• Families living in Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, or Sheboygan counties
• Must meet income eligibility guidelines
