Support for Parents with Young Children

Lakeshore CAP’s Door County Cradle to Career (DCCTC) Program is here to help you take the next step—for yourself and your family.

Who is eligible? 
County residents who are pregnant or have at least one child 5 years old or younger at the time of enrollment.

What does the program offer?
Our dedicated Program Case Manager will meet with you regularly to:
• Help assess your needs
• Connect you with local support services
• Develop a personalized plan for your family and career

Services include:
• Help accessing basic needs resources
• One-on-one support to set and reach your goals
• Education and career planning guidance
• Parenting education and support

All services are provided at the Lakeshore CAP office in Sturgeon Bay.
