Lakeshore CAP can help connect you to your local TEFAP pantry.
We are proud to be a TEFAP distributor in Wisconsin, working to get food from the USDA to those who need it most. 
 
We Serve Six Counties:

• Door
• Kewaunee
• Manitowoc
• Ozaukee
• Sheboygan
• Washington

Through this program, we:

• Supply food to local food pantries, soup kitchens, homeless shelters.
• Ensure that TEFAP pantries are following food distribution and safe food handling guidelines.
• Connect people to their nearest TEFAP food pantry.

Who is Eligible?

✅ Wisconsin families may receive food if their total household income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
✅ There are no income requirements for individuals seeking meals at soup kitchens or shelters.

People qualify based on the income they report. The income guidelines for 2025 are:

For all households with more than 8 people, add $10,760 per additional person for annual income.

Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
