See Lakeshore Community Action Program’s JAK Place web page for our monthly calendar and additional information on our mission to provide services and support for individuals with mental illness and their families in Door County.

All funds donated stay locally at JAK’s Place in Door County to support our efforts. You may choose to dedicate your donation in honor or in memory of someone. We offer groups on a daily basis Monday-Friday. New this year, we began offering groups virtually. In order to remain as safe as possible most of our groups are virtual while some are in-person with physical distancing and limited capacity rules in place.
