Door County Food Pantry

Residents in need of emergency and/or supplemental food are welcome to apply!

Lakeshore CAP’s Door County Food Pantry is a non-sectarian, not-for-profit program that provides on-going and emergency healthy food assistance to low and limited income residents.

The pantry, located at 131 S Third Ave in Sturgeon Bay, is open between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM every Tuesday and Thursday. Food may be picked up once a month — or more often in emergency situations. Proof of Door County residency is required in the form of a recent utility bill or rent receipt which includes the applicant’s name and current address. An ID is required each time you pick up food. (Additional requirements apply.) The 2017 maximum monthly income is:

The pantry is supported by local donations, food drives, Feeding America and USDA’s The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). Anyone wishing to donate may do so when the pantry is open or through the DONATE button on this website; choose Door County Food Pantry. You may call for a listing of items always on our wish list.
