Thanks to a grant from the WI Department of Children and Families and Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board, Lakeshore Community Action Program is able to partner with The Crossing of Manitowoc County to provide support items to families.
If you are in need of baby items, safety items, a car seat, family games etc. please contact The Crossing. They will help you get the items you need and share with you information about our Connections Count Program as well as all the great programs they offer.
