Our Mission
CASA of East Central Wisconsin is proud to be one of Wisconsin’s local non-profit organizations. We strive to provide specially selected and trained volunteers as advocates for abused and neglected children. These children are under the jurisdiction of the juvenile justice system in Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties. We began in Manitowoc County in 2004 under the umbrella agency of Lakeshore Community Action Program. From there, CASA of East Central Wisconsin filed to become its own nonprofit entity with a mission to expand its services and reach more child abuse victims throughout Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties.
